Thrilled to announce a collaboration with my friend @irisrozinsky this month, happening on April 20th at @arrigos.nyc . This five course menu is full of history, with roots in both Puebla, Mexico and Northern Italy (+ an arancini dish because it’s just too good not to share). We can’t wait to have you join us at the dinner table and help us continue to write our stories. Thank you to Arrigos for hosting, @kaja.parchanska for the beautiful design and to all of you for continuing to dine with us. RSVP on allorapasta.com or link in bio See you soon, xoxo.

Memories from 2025 Grateful to have been part of this beautiful event @thelibiproject on its Food Industry Nigh No. 7! I helped my dear friend @cameofuccci of @allorapasta prep and set the table alongside @mustbethemonay for an inspiring evening hosted by @carligordon_ We built a display meant to gather people — pasta salad, bean salad, citrus & fennel salad, towers of butter dusted in golden black pepper, and fresh focaccia ready to tear and share. Beyond the food, the night was about creating that community that the food industry in NYC needs so much to keep us going. Ending with a thoughtful panel discussion, exploring the intersection of food, activism, and culinary entrepreneurship with voices like @dan.giusti @natashapickowicz @asmeretasmeret and the chance to connect with incredible people doing powerful work:
@onelovecommunityfridge@farmtopeople@thirdsbk@beaoliveoil@brooklyngranaryandmill@chipandchow Food brings us to the table. Community keeps us there. 🤍

Wandering farmers markets, learning the names of the plants that nourish me, and honoring the hands that grow them. There’s deed fullfilnes about knowing where my food comes from. From soil to table I ambition to know a little bit about it one day at a time and gratitude every time!!! @unsqgreenmarket Big shout out to this talented woman @kaja.parchanska for the stunning pictures! @karolpolanco for her styling sensibility and endless help!

Latest festive tablescape with dear @irisrozinsky A winter spread built around radicchios, toasted nuts, porcini mushrooms, duck with spiced dried fruits, and desserts that define the holiday season for us. So happy to be working together again with this absolute rockstar, an ethical, thoughtful chef and the only person I know who shares my unhealthy level of gastronomic obsession. Love you lots 🌼❤️

A velvet base of purple cauliflower purée, crowned with blanched romanesco, asparagus, and multicolor shaved carrots. Sorrel, mint flowers, carrot tops, broccoli blossoms, and rose petals layered with intention finished with warm garlic-infused olive oil. Intentional and vibrant, intentionally vibrant. lol I’m so silly please excuse me but lately I been trying to learn play on words in English and I’m far from making sence yet

Memory of summer 2025 Playing with fresh pink peppercorn branches from “flower district”and letting creativity take the lead. (To be honest not much I did here to an already perfect natural arrangement). I’ve always loved the freedom in arranging, whether flowers or food, every step is a chance to feel, experiment, and appreciate. Before I got curious about gardening and plants, I really didn’t understood the meaning of patience, lol But as Iris among flowers now I’m reminded to pause, savor the bloom, and honor the circle of life before the moment passes.

Days like today make November so lovely, a chance to ditch the jackets. Golden hours and salads like this one are the highlight of my day. “Post birthday salad” Castelfranco radicchio Shaved purple cabbage Fennel fronts & mint leaves Broccoli Flowers from the garden (believe it or not still giving ) Catskills NY Honey mustard dressing with my favorite @getgraza Olive oil All sprinkled with the most stunning and delicious Togarachi that my dearest friend @daniellakahn brought me from Japan ❤️ Finishing with Calabrian chili oil & dehydrated rose petals both from @soschefs

I named this one “Purple Jewel.” A delicate purple cabbage tapioca crisp, cured salmon lox in mandarin salt, fresh cucumber rolls, accents of pickled red onion faux caviar pearls, Royal Ossetra caviar, thin slices of purple and yellow carrot, carrot fronds & baby mint leaves, and a whisper of gold leaf. All finished with fresh mandarin juice, tarragon oil, and a touch of fleur de sel from @soschefs Ahhh… loved it!
