Yesterday the music video for Sligo Water Horse by @copesam came out! You can watch the whole clip on Sam‘s YouTube channel (link in bio). This project would have never happened without some wonderful people I have in my life … First of all, thank you Sam for trusting us with creating visuals for this beautiful song. Also the biggest THANK YOU to Stefan Schomerus who lent us his Motion Control System, @patrickwgregg and I learned a lot! I’m forever grateful to my wonderfully talented friends who helped me building the set: @doktorcreature , @ky.voss , @lilli.kirchmann and @ksniik Half way through the production I started the SM2 course at Aardman Academy, led by @stuart_j_messinger_aardman_ac , an amazing place for learning with a wonderful community. My mentor @mariaribas.stopmotion was just the most enthusiastic support with many tips and so encouraging in moments of doubt. Thank you for letting me share this project with you and your valuable feedback! And last but not least, thank you to @annebreymann and @commander.clay for letting me use your tools, taking bts pictures and overall support. Very grateful for all my fellow artist at @zyklopik , I love creating stuff alongside you!

I‘m so happy to announce that my puppet animation “Lilli + Camille” will have its premiere on the 29th of November at @animateka_festival - what a wonderful place for this little project to be screened at! Thank you so much to everyone who supported me on the path of finding what I would call now my biggest passion in life. First of all (to mention a few) my partner in crime @patrickwgregg - your light makes the film look beautiful and your calm kept me from going insane. Can’t wait for our future projects! Thank you so much to @copesam who’s music creates an atmosphere I could have only dreamed of. Thank you @gaougow for all the great work you put in mixing the sound! And last but not least to my mum for giving the character her eyes and to @lilli.kirchmann for being my foley actor! Without you and many more who supported me this project would have neither been finished nor published. A girl watching my film Zwiebelsuppe / Onion soup at our group exhibition in late June. Thank you Anne for capturing that moment! I never really shared this film from 2019 publicly. Telling this story made me feel vulnerable towards the person it’s dedicated to. But through showing this vulnerability I gained a lot of strength in the end. Sharing the things I make online is something I hope to get better at with this experience in mind.
