Watch the trailer for “Blue Heron,” the prize-winning feature debut from Canadian-Hungarian Filmmaker Sophy Romvari which is set in the late 1990s and follows eight-year-old Sasha and her family as they relocate to a new home on Vancouver Island. However, their fresh start is interrupted by increasingly dangerous behavior from the eldest son, Jeremy. At wit’s end, their parents are presented with a shattering choice.
Blue Heron opens in limited theatres across US on April 17th.

Today, I met the international actress Iringó Réti. We had a discussion about her film Blue Heron. I also asked her how her experience at the PIFF festival was.
