We are honored to share the release of "Atlas of Cinematic Affinities: 15 Years of Doha Film Institute". It is a first-of-its-kind documentation of collective cinematic journeys from the MENA region and beyond. A relational and visual journey into the works and creative processes of a diverse group of independent filmmakers connected to DFI-supported projects from more than 80 countries. Drawn from more than 8,000 pages of submissions, this curated collection brings together insights, sketches, memories, personal archives, research, and influences. Together, they offer a rare glimpse into the filmmakers’ creative worlds, inspirations, and the many contexts that shaped the films featured within it.
