We celebrated 5 years of Beverly 1975 last week! It recently was my 1 year anniversary and I wanted to reflect on how incredible it’s been to get to work with Beverly, who doesn’t know how much she’s changed my life. I love that I’m encouraged everyday to live my most authentic self, and to shine. When I’m on Orchard meeting so many incredible people everyday it just completely invigorates how I see community.
Thanks to all the friends who have visited the shop and filled our days with joy & thank you Beverly for creating a safe space where everyone in the room feels celebrated!

I opened up to Dar about my frustration seeing everyone's European adventures this summer, feeling so stuck, as I hadn't taken a vacation since 2021. Working non-stop, 7 days a week with no days off, juggling four jobs was taking a toll on me. Then Dar surprised me with a Google Calendar invite - 'EUROPE!' - and instructed me to take the week off. I blindly packed and embarked on a birthday celebration in Paris, a city I'd been longing to return to. Thanks to Dar, I finally made it back and I'm forever grateful!
