Crate Digger 004
Welcome to Volume 4 of our Crate Digging series. A monthly spotlight designed to highlight hidden gems, classic tracks or exciting new releases from across the Involved & Anjuna catalogues.
We are asking staff, artists, industry folk and fans for their favourite tracks and hearing why they resonate with them.
This month we have Anjunabeats producer and DJ Amy Wiles. Amy is rising star in the trance and progressive house scene, having started her career at 16, and gaining prominence through support from Above & Beyond. She released her EP 'I Never Want This To End' on Anjunabeats last year.
She says: “I’ve always been an Anjuna fan, since I first got into dance music 15+ years ago. Some of these go way back to when I first got into dance music, to then working for the label, and then progressing into being an artist on the label. It really has been a wild journey. It was hard to narrow it down to just 10 tracks, I could have picked so many more, but these are from my personal listening favourites to playing on stage favourites to trips away with the crew favourites. Each of these tracks hold so many fond memories.”

Welcome to Volume 3 of our Crate Digging series. A monthly spotlight designed to highlight hidden gems, classic tracks or exciting new releases from across the Involved & Anjuna catalogues.
We are asking staff, artists, industry folk and fans for their favourite tracks and hearing why they resonate with them.
This month we have Anjunachill artists Planet Of Souls. Planet Of Souls is made up of Paul Rogers and Tom Barlow, who formed their new artist project from a shared love of analog synths, sound design, and the electronic sound of the ’90s and ’00s.
“We’ve pulled together a collection of tracks that reflect the kind of emotion we’re always drawn to, alongside records where the sound design really stands out. There’s a real attention to detail across these, from the depth and movement in Tim Green’s ‘Sopia’ to the warmth and restraint of Ben Böhmer’s ‘Slow Wave’, and the intricate, evolving textures in Dream Controller by Ezequiel Arias & Durante.
It dips in and out of the Anjuna catalogue, pairing older favourites like ‘Aura’ by Yotto with more recent releases such as ‘My Friends’ by Oling & Viggo Dyst. It’s less about a single moment or sound, and more about pulling together records that have a certain weight to them, whether that’s emotional, sonic, or somewhere in between.”
Planet Of Souls debut album, ‘Lumiere’, came out on Anjunachill last week. The album has already gained recognition, with over a million streams on their first three singles, and syncs on Netflix’s ‘The Survivors’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’.

Welcome to Volume 2 of our Crate Digging series. A monthly spotlight designed to highlight hidden gems, classic tracks or exciting new releases from across the Involved & Anjuna catalogues.

Up this month is @lizwmusic . Liz is an independent music supervisor who has worked across the whole spectrum of the music industry. From singer / musician, artist & tour manager, label marketer, production music library start up manager, in-house music supervisor for the likes of Banijay and Felt Music to now running her own successful supervision business alongside her work as a creative integrity coach for artists. A true music aficionado.
“Involved and Anjuna consistently bring out music that blends euphoria with anchoring elements, alongside ethereal textures and unforgettable melodies — whether through vocal performances or hook-driven instrumental top-lines. Prioritising deep feeling, emotional connection, and experimentation, all within a framework of playful accessibility.
What really stands out is the emotive clarity across the roster. From ambient, downtempo beauty to euphoric deep house and heavier, synth-driven bangers, every release feels intentional. There’s always a strong sense of emotional narrative, bold contrast, and thoughtful juxtaposition — which keeps the catalogue feeling fresh and endlessly rewarding.
And despite being known for chill, deep, and melodic sounds, there’s an incredible breadth of styles housed under one roof. A catalogue stacked with stunning tunes, left-field gems, and straight-up mega bangers.”
