Had a touch of food poisoning this weekend that took me out of some of the good hangs, but I got to see so many of the people who have become great friends along the way.

Zook took this beautiful space in a historic building on the downtown area of the city. They took advantage of the exposed brick, and spent the time to carefully craft both the aesthetic design as well as the coffee menu and bakery.

The front of the space is a full cafe, serving carefully curated coffee from local roasters. Seating in the front of the cafe, and additional seating in a lofted area above the book shelves allow you to choose your own adventure and vibe while relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the old building that was meticulously restored.
