Liam, host of the Inside Intercom podcast, interviewed a few of the leads on the team to talk about our ever evolving brand. The brand studio is made up producers, copywriters, designers, and animatorsāthis episode highlights just a tiny corner of the work they do every day. Link in prof!
This year for Pride, the Intercom Brand Studio partnered with the multi-talented, Bay-Area illustrator and designer Christopher Gale @kidtofer . He brought such an influential lens to our Pride theme of āBeing out, when the world is ināāwhich recognizes the particularly difficult impact that worldwide lockdowns have had on LGBTQI communities who rely on safe spaces.Ā
Christopher helped our team bring our Pride theme to life this year through emoji, conference call backgrounds, and blog and podcast art. He informs his work through his own intersectional and queer identity, and you can check out some of what he created for us here in this post.
Though weāve all had difficulties throughout the pandemic, we want to spotlight what it means this Pride for all the LGBTQI folks at @intercom , and all the LGBQTI folks we serve, to understand both the highs and lows of being out when the world is in.
Our Pride 2021 podcast episode is live now. Listen to it at the link in the bio.
Itās been a while but weāre bringing back Intercom Brand Radio playlists. This playlist comes from Lily Wang and itās a good one that will get you to start day dreaming about summer š
Over the past couple months, the brand team has been hard at work on The Ultimate Guide to Conversational Support for @intercom . It took a dream team to design this 57-page beast: @jasonyim , @thisoldmachine , @susankimpayne , Lily Wang, Chelsea Spratling and Abbey Cohn. Congrats to you all!!! š„ šŖ„šš„
You're tall. You've just clockedĀ out from work and the smell of freshly mowed grass brings you outside. You take a moment to relax as the sun sets over your tiny estate. You're extremely huge. You can smell flowers in bloom and a cool breeze blows across your face. Memories of friends and family float in and out of focus. Basketball regulations bar you from ever playing professionally. It's the first Friday of summer, and you're gonna savor this perfect boredom for as long as your attention can handle. So you put on this playlist. As you look for a place to sit down you trip over a car and accidentally crush your house. New playlist now live on our Spotify courtesy of @verycoolstudio
Loved collaborating with @nelsonknatalie on āH.O.M.E.ā, a four-part podcast series about how people and businesses are exploring a ānew normalā with the help of technology. Check out all the episodes on the blog! š¦æšš½
