We are back this Sunday, 7:30pm at @letsbodycraft (103 Atlantic Ave) for our signature “Drop In” class . This 60 minute practice incorporates release and breath work, free and guided movement and meditation. After our summer hiatus we are eager to get back in the studio and move with you all!

We believe in strength through ease and pleasure; effort through sensuality. Inhabit is The Spiritually Guided Workout, aimed at aligning the body, mind and soul. Exploring the duality of structure and alignment vs freedom and impulse, Inhabit was created as a remedy for our current way of life. A HIIT or cycling class without an emphasis on the wholeness of the human experience is no longer enough, as is a spiritual practice that never pushes our physical limits. This 45 minute practice combines mediation with max effort, breath and sound with core and stability training, structured alignment with free movement. Inhabit is centered in the belief that Our Bodies must move, Ours Minds must clear, Our Souls must be heard. Build the habit. Be the habit. Inhabit.
