Some spaces need lighting that quietly supports.
Others need lighting that helps set the pace.
For Fatboy Izakaya, the challenge was creating a scheme with enough energy to match the character of the space, while retaining the control needed to shift seamlessly through the evening.
Later recognised with an honorable mention at the @litdesignawards it remains a project that captured exactly the kind of balance we look for, day to night atmosphere with control.

Some spaces reveal themselves slowly.
For @brasshousebangkok , the lighting design was conceived as a gradual transition, beginning with tones inspired by the Bangkok sunset before shifting gently into the warmth of evening.
At the arrival, amber, blush and violet hues create an atmosphere that feels familiar yet cinematic, marking that moment when the city begins to slow and the night starts to take shape.
Rather than competing with the skyline, the lighting allows it to become part of the experience, while soft layered illumination brings warmth and depth to the Art Deco inspired interior.
A space designed to ease guests from day into night.

A space designed to shift with the day.
For Echo All Day Dining at Pullman Phuket, the lighting scheme was developed to support the changing rhythm of the space — beginning with crisp, cooler tones to energise the morning before transitioning to warmer light as the atmosphere softens into evening dining.
Quietly tuned for every part of the day.

Deeper into @homerunizakaya , the mood shifts. The private dining and karaoke rooms are where things loosen up, leaning into neon accents, disco ball reflections and a dynamic RGBW stretched ceiling that subtly changes the feel of the room as the night unfolds.
Here, the lighting becomes more playful and less restrained, colour, reflection and movement overhead, paired with intimate, enclosed spaces below. Same restaurant, different energy. Designed for late nights, loud singing, and not taking things too seriously.

HOMERUN IZAKAYA in Ekkamai is unapologetically social. The space revolves around food, movement, and visibility, open grills, a central yakitori bar, and TVs always within reach. The vibe is loose, flexible, and slightly unpredictable, inviting the room to stay lively.
The lighting design mirrors that energy. Bright where the food and action take centre stage, softer at the edges, designed to keep the space feeling busy, shared, and alive.
Casual lighting, playful energy, made for staying longer than planned.

Brasshouse : Brass House Bangkok draws inspiration from King Rama VI’s cultural legacy, an era when Thailand embraced the elegance of Art Deco, when performance, architecture, and the spirit of Broadway first entered the country. His influence introduced refined geometric styling, and a new chapter of artistic expression, seen in residences such as Wang Prayathai and Baan Pisanulok. The project honours this heritage by reinterpreting the spirit of an era defined by sophistication, performance, and poetic ambience.

🔥 A closer look at the details that shape the mood @torotora.bkk .
The lighting here was all about pacing the guest experience, bold moments from the Tiger pendant, contrasted with the playful energy of the DMX silhouette wall.
Soft, controlled highlights pick up the custom textiles and crafted finishes, giving the space its warmth without ever competing with the theatre of the grill.
A lively space, tuned to feel effortless
