🍕 60 DIFFERENT SLICES OF PIZZA IN 60 DAYS 😛 Comment “PIZZA” to get my full guide on the best pizzerias and slice shops in NYC 🗽 I beat my record of 27 slices in 21 days from last year’s trip back to NYC (I actually ate more than 60 if I count every single slice esp with all the slices I ate while testing my Filipino pizzas at my faves @razzanj and @mamas_too ! 🇵🇭🥳). Sharing my fave Filipino dishes to celebrate #AAPIMonth, starting with the best-selling main at my restaurant @barkada.hk : 𝑺𝑰𝒁𝒁𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑺𝑰𝑺𝑰𝑮 🇵🇭🍳🔥 This intoxicating dish hits all your senses and is a great introduction to the savory and sour flavors of Filipino food 🤤 It also shows our resourcefulness since it uses the pig’s face and chicken liver to create one of the most popular 𝒑𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒏 in our cuisine. At @barkada.hk , we add pork belly for a meatier sisig (or swap for tuna or tofu! 🐟🌱) and serve it with egg and mayo as you will find at many Filipino restaurants around the world, including our fellow HK spots @bedanasfilipinorestaurant.hk and @junels_restobar as pictured in the video (though we’re happy to exclude the mayo and egg at Barkada if you ask!) On the flip side, the original version created by @alinglucingspnoydcies in Pampanga proudly excludes mayo and egg, as you’ll find at Kapampangan eateries like @apagmarangle & @dara_hkg . Strong enough to complete @hyroxhk 5 months after giving birth (and right after breastfeeding my baby girl!)🤱🏻💪🏽 What a way to celebrate Mother’s Day in my new fave @popflex_active outfit (comment “shop” to get the link sent to your inbox) 💐 So proud of us for finishing in 1:43 (15 minutes longer than when we raced together in 2022). I almost pulled out of the race since my training got derailed by major foot pain—this was my first time doing a wall ball with this weight since before I got pregnant 😅 It wouldn’t have been possible without my prenatal workouts and postnatal recovery with @zig.fitmama 🏋🏻‍♀️ and of course the strength of my hubby! As a millennial who did all the muddy races in the 2010s, it’s cool to see @hyroxworld gain momentum since it’s a much cleaner and more approachable race 😂 @hyroxhk felt more like a music festival with DJs and games, and I had fun vibing to the music while I was running. Shoutout to @bennyxcee for the motivation while we were finishing our wall balls! Excited to sign up for the next one to see how we can improve on our time. I still can’t believe I’m celebrating my first Mother’s Day 🤱🏻🥹 Last March, we did our IVF embryo transfer then immediately walked to the next building for all-you-can-eat sushi at @zumahk in the hopes that it would be my last big sushi meal before getting pregnant 🍣 I like to think that being in such good spirits helped it stick after over a year of trying naturally, and now a year later, we got to celebrate with sushi AND champagne with our real life baby girl 🥰🍾🎉 After years of initially not wanting children, I’ve truly never been happier to be Reyna’s mom 😭 Motherhood has been the greatest gift I could have ever received in life, and I can’t wait to see both her and myself continue to grow 💐 Huge thanks to @proofdaddy for being such an amazing husband and father too because I couldn’t do it without his support. Wishing a happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! Dirty martini FOUNTAIN of my dreams! 🍸🫒 Happy 3 years @barleonehk - forever proud of the team for putting Hong Kong on the map by being named the No. 1 bar in the world on @50bestbars 🇭🇰💪🏽 Comment “hong kong” to get my personal list of my favorite bars in this city sent to your inbox along with exactly what to order at @barleonehk ! While the award has made it a lot more difficult to get into (you either need to wait in line for the first seating, or put your name on a waitlist to return a few hours later), it was nice to see the bar return to the days before the awards as it was largely filled with friends in the F&B industry for their 3rd anniversary party 🎉 They pulled out all the stops for their Grand Leone Hotel party with endless mortadella sandwiches, guest shifts from fellow @50bestbars from around the world, fried chicken with caviar, a charcuterie buffet, tequila shot & cigarette towers, @carolkgtam on the decks, and even @shakeshackhongkong as a nod to their collab a couple of years ago 🍔 I recently brought visitors on a normal night without the bells and whistles though, and we still all had a truly great time enjoying their Italian cocktails and delish bar snacks in the warm and lively space they’ve become known for 🔥 Congrats @lorenzoantinori_ @j.chinois @justinvanillawafer and team on your continued success! 🍾 #IndulgentEatsHK

Still cheesing over our 7 year wedding anniversary staycation at the @mondrianhongkong 🥰 It was such a memorable time with stunning views all over, impressive Hong Kong-inspired cocktails at @avocahongkong and a seriously delicious steakhouse dinner at @carnahongkong that I’ll detail in a separate post. Petition for clubs to have fried chicken service with sparklers like they did at @littlebaohk ’s sendoff party for their Causeway Bay location that’s closing on May 17! 🍗💥🍾 @chefmaychow has been a mentor of mine as a restaurant owner, and you could feel the love in the room for her and her team as they bid farewell to this location. But don’t fret!
