This intoxicating dish hits all your senses and is a great introduction to the savory and sour flavors of Filipino food 🤤 It also shows our resourcefulness since it uses the pig’s face and chicken liver to create one of the most popular 𝒑𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒏 in our cuisine.

@barkada.hk , we add pork belly for a meatier sisig (or swap for tuna or tofu! 🐟🌱) and serve it with egg and mayo as you will find at many Filipino restaurants around the world, including our fellow HK spots

On the flip side, the original version created by
