#RedLanternSeries⁠ ⁠ The first “Red Lantern” arrived nearly 20 years ago: a basket filled to the brim with dried chillies, impossible to ignore once it hit the table. The Red Lantern – Crispy Soft-shell Crab with Sichuan Dried Chilli draws from the Sichuan classic La Zi Ji, reworked through precise wok technique and a proprietary spice blend that layers fragrance, heat, and crunch.
