מעבר לכמות הלמידה המטורפת שעברתי שם, אני בעיקר מתרגש מכל האנשים המדהימים שפגשתי, שעושים את הדבר שאני הכי אוהב בעולם.
אי אפשר לתאר מה זה עושה להתחבר לתשוקה שלך בצורה כזאת, ועוד לראות שהיא רק גדלה למימדים שלא חשבת שיכולים להיות בכלל.
זה חד משמעית הדבר הכי טוב שהענקתי לעצמי.
השתכללתי כל כך גם כמטפל וגם כבן אדם.

Yawning, sighing, sounding, breathing.
These are all natural regulatory responses in the body. Seeing or hearing them can create a mirror response in us, softening the jaw, deepening the breath, helping the nervous system shift states.
Before a day of treatments, I often use voice, breath, movement, and sound to wake up my system and make a little more space inside.

If you find it hard to unwind at the end of the day, it’s often not a mindset issue, it’s a nervous system that hasn’t fully downshifted.
One of the simplest ways I work with this in my somatic practice is through slow, supported movement on the ground:
lying down
letting the weight of the head drop into the earth
gently rolling the head side to side
breathing softly through the mouth
noticing movement travel through the spine without effort
This isn’t about fixing anything,
it’s about changing the conditions the body is in so regulation becomes possible again.
Over time, this can support the system to:
release excess tension
soften overthinking
and return to a more organised, responsive state
If your system feels full, overstimulated, or “stuck on,” you can try this for a few minutes this evening.

Opening the space, greeting it and opening myself and greeting myself in it is equally important before greeting someone else.
I notice small details, touch them, admire, open my senses by looking around and seeing.
Updating myself to the current moment and the surroundings.
And of course moving my body to get a feeling of this point in time and space here & now.
To get ready for 1:1 session.
A week ago I came back from Poland, after a week of teaching the ILM advanced training course.
It is incredibly thrilling and fascinating to explore this language time and again.
Letting it move through my whole system and my body's intervals, see where it meets the present version of myself,
while teaching it to others.
It endless...
