Selection of works by David Billet, currently on view in "First Breath Second Sight", Yale MFA Photography Graduate Exhibition. *The exhibition is on extended view through 5 November.*
David’s work questions the distorted beauty of our world and explores the twists and turns of understanding himself through photography. He creates docudramas from past memories and experiences to examine the role of masculinity, self, and the photographic process. His photographs have appeared in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Office Magazine, and The Fader. His work is held in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art Library.
