It was a blast to be called up by @iclsociety Gaffer @litbyeli to be the Lighting Console Programmer for Bi-Ray’s Debut Music Video “Butterfly”. Taking over the downtown parking garage and armed with the latest and greatest @nanluxamericas Evokes, we really just got to enjoy the show. @kendall.setlighting at the helms of distro. The very creative and resourceful @leidengdp behind the lens. And @giomorales.dp on set and runnin cable. @blackoutlightingconsole strapped to me of course. The Grip Department killed it with the their truss and rigging. Shoutout @ohitsjohnn@bowasyang and their team for also helping catch some BTS too.
No LED walls or green screens here. Hats off to the producers for getting the real skyline and for buying all those pyrotechnics 🧨

My friends called me to help light this one 📞 The charming, and spirited @robert.libbee signed me up for two days, but he got three. When I see the names David Sheetz or Robert Libbee light up my phone, I know I’m already going to say yes. (don’t tell them I told ya) 😜 @522productionservices light a lot of your favorite @netflix series. The Ultimatum Queer Love Season 2 Episode 10 was filmed right here in Los Angeles. I got to help light the main stage and play “Rigging Electric” on the second stage. @ilocanostyle108 led the troops through autonomy. Think “what do you need?” vs “do this.” Three of some of the funnest days I’ve had on set this year.
