Today we announced an agreement with @iceculinary to join two historic forces in culinary education on one strong, dynamic national platform at ICE’s LA & NYC campuses. ICC will wind down its operations after providing an opportunity for active students to complete their programs when NYC enters Phase 4 of the reopening.

We are incredibly proud of the work we have done over the years, the contributions that we have made to the food world, and most importantly, of the students and alumni who have passed through our doors. We are honored that the foundation built by Dorothy Cann Hamilton more than three decades ago will have a new home at ICE.

This June, the 2019-2020 graduates of ICC’s Culinary, Pastry, Bread, Cake & Sommelier programs should have gathered at NYC’s iconic Carnegie Hall for our annual Commencement Ceremony. Though we couldn’t celebrate their accomplishments in person, the ICC Chef-Instructors have a special message to share with our graduates! Congratulations to the class of 2019-2020... we hope to celebrate with you when we can get back to the ICC kitchens!
Our local, independent restaurants, bakeries, wine bars, and food businesses, many of which are owned or operated by #iccedu alumni, are closed for business to help protect Americans—now they need Congress' help to protect them.
The International Culinary Center stands with ICC alumna @camilla.marcus and all of the other IRC Collaborators, as well as the restaurateurs + small business owners affected by COVID-19 closures to implore Congress to act NOW to #saverestaurants. Restaurants & food businesses are the heart + soul of our communities. They generate $880 Billion in revenue per year, provide employment for millions, and account for 4% of the Nation's GDP.
