I'm super excited and I'm out the country but I'm so proud of K. for allowing and trusting me. People think being a choreographer is just doing 5,6,7,8 but think again. Being on set is more about the now and knowing how to create in ways that you will never thought it was possible tondo because you need counts.... And no that's wrong you just need art and knowledge. The fact that this isn't like the rest of the other videos. That's what's amazes me because I've learn so much in this process thanks to everyone that believed in me. It’s a Wednesday. “ A WOMAN “
And I’ve been in a space of feeling and embracing. Embracing focus, peace, balance, and most importantly choices. The choices to do what I want creatively. The choice to create what I feel.
We live in a world that moves off urgency, anxiety, and pressure. But let me tell you this “don’t”. Stop worrying. Stop overthinking. Stop questioning the “what ifs.” Just do. Walk in what you envision.
Lately, I’ve been deep in my directing bag, developing and creating big things. But I never forget what I’ve built this all on… a space for women to feel powerful, to feel seen, and to be a vessel.
This video wasn’t about perfection of the lights and space. I didn’t care about the flaws. I wanted you to see the difference between just dancing and becoming. Rolling the camera, setting the lights, and revealing the vessel of a woman’s body.
Because we all have the power to create, to move, to feel, and to become. We can create our own stages. We can build our own visions. We can walk fully in our gifts.
MKS JEWELS is magnificent. But what makes it truly beautiful is the women. Look at it. #mksjewels

Hey guys I know, I know… it’s been a minute.
I’ve been on a serious creative high. So Many projects that are in the works!!
It usually takes me forever to post the projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on, but I’m excited to finally share this one. I had the pleasure of stepping back into my director’s hat as both Creative Director and Director for the music video “NO TITLE” with my heart, @codawhit .She is a star!!!
Whew… choreographing and directing is no joke 😮💨😂 but so fulfilling.
Huge thank you to my partner in crime, @beloandcompany (aka Ms. Belo baby!) in Keri Hilson voice for believing in me. Such a BOSS. The lady who is behind this vision. You are such a light, and I truly can’t wait for the world to see what I see because I see greatness in you!

Back with my LA jewels and my cup is full.
The training. The choreography. The dedication needs to be studied.Flying back and forth to LA has been nothing but joy. I’m in a season where I only create when I’m inspired nothing forced, everything felt.
Every jewel, everywhere, inspires me. I heard this song on Teyana’s new album the night I saw @teyanataylor perform at the BET Awards, and it stuck.

2026 is the year to build your dreams and boldly walk in them.
I was beyond excited to develop this project. From the moment I dreamed it, I knew I had to bring it to life. Creating an artist development program was about so much more than just songs and steps it was about vision, clarity, and, most importantly, the courage to take risks.
I’m deeply thankful for my village my beautiful jewels @mayaangelart x @_itsstephjones . The jewels that understood the essence of hard work and dedication and a few trusted industry friends who helped bring this bad boy to life. We all understood our dreams , our goals , our sacrifices for what we love in the arts and entertainment. This is something I will never take for granted. Gratitude sits heavy in my heart.
The best projects are the ones you sacrifice for because they stretch you, shape you, and remind you why you started in the first place.
