🗣️ My name is “Hov” - nah I’m playing ;) I go by the name of “iAM13e” - pronounced “I AM BE”.
🏆 iAM an MC, Freestyler, Poet (published), Host, Beat Maker, Voice Over Artist and Creative Confidence Coach. This name dispels the illusion of separation when said, encourages connection and is presence through creative presence.

❤️🩹 After the music “industry” dealt me some deep lessons and left me in burn out. I found wellbeing through cold showers and sequence of events that lead to Reiki Mastery, training as a Structural Integration Practitioner, Men’s work and
@humanwork.life facilitator with organisations like
@sacredsons @emergent.men @mensnation_org @mkpukandireland
🧘 This lead me to setting up a wellbeing business
@aim2be which now bridges the gap between wellbeing and creativity. Working 121 and with organisations like
@teamlove_productions @signablehq @future_leap_hub .
📍 Based in Bristol mixing my time between wellbeing & creativity inc going into schools and
@thepaulinequirkeacademy Rap & Poetry as a means of expression of emotions. And of course shelling it down myself!
🤩 Fun facts I am Pisces, Manifestor 2/4 , a Fire Rabbit & cold pressed organic coconut water is one of my love languages!
