i stole 3 nice ideas for everyone that cares for music and artists in 2026: 1. Try to quit major streaming. spotify is the worst, but lets be real, the other big tech comps are also shit. paying 10€ a month and thinking thats it just doesnt cut it for artists. for the future im going to look at @subvertworld & @ninaprotocol 2. buy music digitally and physically as directly as I can from the artists to support. atm bandcamp is a place where I could do that. 3. imo most importantly, share music you like with your friends. tell them about an artist or album you discovered. invite a local artist to play your party. tell an artist that you like their work, give them their flowers. human interaction wins im trying to get back to fun and positivity surrounding music. creating, sharing and connecting through it. Some BTS of my journey finding rock, fusion & experimental records throughout Europe. The pandemic was in full effect and most record store owners were happy to host at least one customer, as it was a hard time making business for them...my fav record shop in Berlin, Pedros, is not here anymore sadly. But id like to share a story from that time, that i sadly dont have any pictures of anymore Full blown pandemic, i was given permission by Pedro to be in his store all day, claiming that i would do the inventory if someone passes by, acting like i worked there.
