We are honored to share that Huso has been awarded one Michelin star in this year’s Michelin Guide.
This journey began six years ago, when Chef Buddha created the original Huso on the Upper East Side with nothing more than an induction burner and a tabletop oven, cooking behind the retail counter of Marky’s Caviar for 12 guests each night. The hope was to create a dining experience that was warm, inviting, creative, and delicious.
Together, we have achieved something remarkable that has been six years in the making. Huso has always been a story of opportunity, heart, and persistence. We are incredibly proud to be included in this year’s Michelin Guide and grateful for the recognition. We are equally proud of our team, who bring their best every day and uphold the level of detail and care that define one of New York City’s most memorable dining experiences.

Maine lobster, gently poached in butter and paired with white asparagus dressed in confit duck egg yolk. Alongside is a nasturtium leaf dumpling filled with lobster knuckles and claws.
