This May, we gather in the Catskills for Sing Awakening, a three day immersive retreat devoted to remembering your breath, body, and voice as your own human instrument.
No experience needed. Only a willingness to open your body and voice to the music within you and all around you.
We will sing in the forest and with the creek. We will sing to our chefs and the food they craft for us.
Together, we will explore somatic singing, vocal improvisation, deep listening, embodied rhythm, collective coherence, tuning into nature, and sacred stillness.
