Joseph Cotton, also known as Jah Walton or Budu Budu, born Silbert Aston Walton in 1957 in St. Ann, Jamaica, began recording in 1976 with producer Joe Gibbs.
“Melissa” is a song about the hurricane that struck Jamaica and the Caribbean last October 28, killing more than 100 people and devastating everything in its path.
