Definitely one of my biggest highlights this year, after seeing Stefano’s story early September looking for an assistant in Milan, the cheap flights made it an easy answer. I was gonna go to Milan. I messaged him on every platform possible, I asked Alex to go and message him for me as well. And so it was, I went to Milan a few weeks later.
Some of you may know, I’ve been learning Italian this year so I can go to Italy to work on a vineyard and live temporarily with an Italian family, speaking Italian and loving a different way of life. I got my vineyard! Instead it looked like c-stands and lights but it was my labor of love for my stay in Milan this September. The family were the people I met at the beginning of the year in Paris @stefanogiovannigiuliano@shariwho for Paris Fashion Week. I’ve worked with Stefano ever since and it’s sick to end the year with him in Milan another time.
I spent the rest of my time, enjoying the cheep cigs as I walked across the city, looking at walls and wishing I got £1 every time I told someone my name: “ah ti chiami Bella? E tu sei Bella hahaha”
