Day 1 began with our Essential Cuisine team setting up and prepping at the Waitrose Food & Innovation Studio, ready for the exciting sessions ahead. From there, the group travelled over to The Odney Club, where finalists had the chance to settle in and connect over icebreaker games, insightful talks, Q&As, and of course, great food and drinks. The highlight of the day was The Culinary Conversation, hosted by
@davidmulcahy1 , where industry voices came together to share advice and experience with the next generation of chefs.
Day 2 continued the momentum as finalists were fully immersed in sessions and demonstrations, with our very own

@the_meat_maester for a collaborative masterclass. Together, we showcased how premium meat and our high-quality products can pair perfectly to create something truly special.
