These boots belong our very own Branson Skinner,Co-founder of @theorisfoundation.They were completely broken down,but knowing the intense groundwork he does and how much he loves them,we poured our hearts into this.Don’t forget He gave us the opportunity to refine our skills,

How we revamped a sustainable inner sole.
Why buy new when you know you can revamp?
Today. I’m diving in to the details of how we restored Branson Skinner’s soles using some clever upcycling and traditional techniques.
The secret is the materials:
The Thread: we didn’t just use any thread, we unpicked old denim topstitching, it’s heavy duty 100% polyester, meaning, it has that essential slight stretch and high breaking strength needed for shoes.
The warding. We used warding for the Interfacing interlining. Historically, this layere is there to ward off the cold and provide a protective barrier. The results, It levels the surface and makes an old shoes feel brand new.
