American culture tells you to choose. Serious student or artist. One or the other. @roya_intheworld refused. Yale grad. Pre-med. A thousand auditions. 23 years at The Odeon. “It’s okay to be good at school and be an artist. American culture doesn’t support that. That’s something Yale helps fix.” The accomplished people who keep building creative lives aren’t the ones who picked. They’re the ones who refused the framing. Full conversation on Hot Gossip. Branded and designed as a social space where non-drinkers feel just as considered as everyone else. For @sipeos.co , ROY developed both the branding and interiors, creating a space centered around connection, inclusivity, and a changing hospitality landscape. @flores_sf designed as a modern cantina inspired by the natural textures of Tulum and the urban energy of Mexico City. Layered materials, commissioned artwork, patterned tiles, and custom furniture came together to create spaces that feel vibrant, immersive, and deeply rooted in atmosphere. spqrsf San Francisco. A subtle refresh for a beloved neighborhood institution, designed to elevate what was already there without changing its character. Emerald green banquettes, rattan seating, brass details, and layered textures brought warmth and depth back into the space while preserving the familiarity that made it special. From menus to small moments, everything plays a part.. Every detail was designed to feel lived-in, personal, and a little bit unexpected. Branding that behaves like hospitality. #visualidentity #branddesign #hospitalitydesign

@campanellasoco A love letter to Nonna - told through space, story, and a little bit of attitude. Not nostalgia as memory. Warmth, generosity, and a kind of hospitality that feels instinctive. Designed as a layered narrative where personality, place, and a bit of edge come together. #hospitalitydesign #interiordesign #brandidentity #restaurantdesign

The third place between home and work has never been needed more. But what does it take to build one one that lasts? On May 4th, moderator @tomsietsema sits down with @bermantalia , @jacobjohncross , @johnomorisano , and @jillmarietyler to find out. This conversation and many more at The Chef Assembly NYC at @iceculinary . Powered by @resy . Tickets are sold out - stay tuned for what's next.

@quik_dog A diner, reimagined. Built on the same irreverence as Trick Dog but designed for immediacy. Fast, tactile, and always in motion. A space shaped by contrast: industrial and warm, familiar yet forward. Designed to feel like it’s always been there. #hospitalitydesign #interiordesign #restaurantdesign #brandidentity
