A collection of the varietals limaní, frontón, marsellesa, and caturra from Rio Prieto, Yauco, Puerto Rico. Washed coffees conditioned in
@ladestileriapr ’s rum barrels. 🤓
The result of this barrel conditioning is an amazingly dynamic coffee rich in butterscotch and vanilla tasting notes that helps achieve a certain taste of place or maybe more so a taste of a setting. A vibe. Tastebuds trippin’ as they’re transported to sippin’ a lil’ café con ron en La Isla Del Encanto. 🥰
Hitting that rum note in my cafe Coquito allows for me to satisfy a level of authenticity to the cocktail without the boozy buzz, but a buzz that still means business for awakening the mind and senses. 🤩

@jo_anuh got the first composition of this year’s cinnamon, clove, star of anise, nutmeg, vanilla from Puerto Rico, condensed coconut milk, and coconut milk concoction that is topped with a little #Tembleque inspired coconut cold foam. I love the photo and hand modeling she aced. 😍😘
