Last February I was 200 pounds and this morning I weighed in at 146 pounds. I made a life changing decision to learn more about and lead a healthier lifestyle. I’m not trying to sell you something or influence you in any way, just showing you that it can be done with good enough reasons why and commitment. What you think is impossible is just your mind saying it is. Feeling great is a direct result of being healthy for me. I am no longer on cholesterol and blood pressure meds and I plan to keep it that way. Here’s to the daily battle. Keep up the good fight.

Been around 10 years since I decided to not take pictures because I just didn’t feel or look my best. Then after a trip to NYC with my family I realized that all those beautiful and iconic spots that I should have recorded with a snap shot of me in them just didn’t look or feel right. That’s when I decided to take my life back. 45 pounds later I’m ready again to live life confidently, take more pictures, go for more adventures and be as healthy as I can be. Everyone has their own path and journey. Glad I found mine at 56 years old.
