To lead the future, we must honor the legends who paved the way. The #HMC2026 Summit paused to celebrate the leaders whose shoulders we stand on with the induction of two icons into the HMC Hall of Fame. We recognized Cristina Schwarz, former President and GM of @telemundo47 , for four decades of transformative leadership in Spanish-language media. Her legacy of ensuring our community was seen, heard, and served was beautifully captured in a tribute by fellow Hall of Famer Daisy Exposito-Ulla @dexandpartners HMC also posthumously honored Greg Knipp, CEO of @dieste_inc , for his visionary leadership that elevated multicultural marketing. Accepted by Franco Caballero, the award reminded us all of Greg’s dedication to building a community defined by humanity and purpose.
