2 day face lift for this beach shack for one of our existing clients down the coast
Changed profile from corri to trimdek due to how low pitch the roof slope was.
Upgraded all flashings around skylights and chimney flues and barge flashings in Dover White.

This 1970s single storey was due for a long overdue upgrade with many leaking areas
Faced many challenges on this one with crazy weather and many unforeseens once the roof was off!
-We lifted the roof to achieve minimum roof slope @brofibuilt@lmsbuildingandconstructions
-Replaced all skylights @naturallighting
added sumps at all downpipe locations
-Re-lined all box gutters
-Replaced all new cappings to match Jasper timber fascias
Thanks to all the trades and suppliers involved to get this one to completion
