This week we have @ned.napier taking charge out in Caufield South. We are Sprucing our clients backyard up with a beautiful bench seat in the rear entertainment area and a little screening.
We used @dingocement concrete for the foundations for this one.

This week we are out with @willobrienn (WOB) who is New on the scene at LMS. Welcome WOB!!! 🎉 We have the guys on a quick little front entrance Porch taking out the old timber decking and replacing it with the low maintenance @ekodeck_

Laying Particle Board flooring -
Yellow Tongue 🟡
After the posi’s we first straighten the Posi’s. Construction adhesive is then applied to the top of each joist before the sheets are laid on top. The Yellow tongue sheets are then installed perpendicular to the joists, with the tongue and groove joins pulled in tightly together, we use a big sledge hammer for this.
Each sheet is securely nailed and screwed to the joists at the required spacings, with joints staggered across the floor.
When installed correctly with glue and proper fixings, the flooring forms a strong, solid base ready for the next stage of construction. In our case the second story!
