#OpenToReceive — There’s a lot of information in these slides, so TLDR is to shop intentionally, not impulsively. May these wearable spells spark transformative conversations, deepen connections, & offer energetic protections. TBH, it doesn’t make sense to launch a biz as the state of society crumbles. I also haven’t had stable income since 2023 & have accrued much debt. Credit cards have been a lifeline & of all the timelines I’ve lived, somehow now is when I feel ready & aligned to take a chance. To explore how to create an affirming livelihood outside of what I’ve always known to be true. Was all that TMI? Probably. But it’s the truth of where I’m currently at. Deeply grateful for the beings & entities I’m in reciprical community with. I can’t & would not want to do this alone. So much cognitive dissonance happening & more pivots & detours to navigate but as of this writing I’m honored to see this thru. To nurture a seed planted 15+ years ago & witness what could happen when I trust the timing of its bloom. Lastly, shoutout to all the small biz folks out there. The exploitative systems in place make it hard to even start & the taxations are wild. Big love to everyone building systems outside of monetary transactions that allow us to create sustainable livelihoods while exchanging our arts, skills, & medicines. #Undas — Today, I’m re-membering & honoring the fierce love & warrior energy many of our ancestors evoked to oppose, resist, defend, & protect the people & the land from oppressors & the systems enforced upon them. Seasfire now from Gaza to Sudan to all places war planes fly. May humanity be our response & holistic & transformational justice be our reply. I don’t consider myself to be anything other than a human trying my best to express thru modalities that help ground me into who I am & how I connect, care, & communicate with others & the world. I’m becoming more & more aware of how extractive I’ve become since returning to Turtle Island. & I’m reminded that many of the conveniences we’re afforded here has come at the expense & livelihoods of others. May we continue to challenge, question, & be willing to change our thinking & ways of being every chance we get. Cuz in the end, it starts with you, me, & all of us.
