The Mixed Relay Invitational at the HYROX World Championships 2025/26 is nearly upon us... so itās time to meet the teams.
All teams were appointed via data-led selection based on our new NPI (National Performance Index) - combining top 2 male and top 2 female athletes in the country to build a true powerhouse relay team.
Weāve broken down their performance DNA to bring you the following:
- Speed: Run Times
- Power: Sleds, SkiErg and RowErg
- Skill: Wall Balls, Lunges, Burpees and Farmers Carry.

Very tight finish with the Danes! @ifversen1 and @gustav_cordua . Actually glad thereās no photo finish yet because weāre not sure we would have gotten it.
Great performance from all competitors actually, the level is rising! The overall racing got to solid, thereās no slippinā and slidinā anymore (iykyk).
Already moving on to the season finale in Stocholm. S1 E3 is gonna be wild!
