2024 💫 what a year. One of the most challenging, beautiful, and rewarding years of my life. These are just the highlight moments—I don’t usually grab the camera when I’m sobbing, pulling my hair out, or deep in conflict (and trust me, there was plenty of that too). Taking life on the road, learning how to live in an RV, and then coming back to face the reality of renting out our house and managing life at home was no small feat. Through it all, Ronaldo and I leaned on our incredible team back home—we miss you all so much when we’re away, but you’re always in our thoughts every single day. 2025 has already thrown its own set of challenges our way, but here’s to hoping for some ease and balance ahead.

I didn't realise what I was walking into until I saw it with my own eyes! @anyma at @spherevegas was just sheer magic and heights of tech in music that was unimaginable! What an incredible show! ARMOR OF LOVE 🦚 The secret of the Peacock is that the beauty resides within and extends outwards indefinitely. This adept creature саn assimilate or “digest” all experiences in life, so it does not harbor resentment, conflict, or past pain within its psyche. 🍃 The soul vine has changed my life. To put into words what ceremony has healed, taught me and changed is hard enough as is. An every day reminder has been etched into the skin to remember what pachamama has taught me: you are safe, and it can be easy. 🏹 Incorportating the past and present. My arrow at 19yo was to remind myself to keep moving forward even if I felt pulled backwards. 🔼 Power, courage, wisdom. An ode to nostalgia and my childhood. Spending hours adventuring in the land of Hyrule and yelling for my mom to come help me when I was scared of the redeads. 🛡️Armor to adorn, protect & honor the body. Another lil update of life on the road. Ronaldo and I have Harvee in storage while we focus on getting our house ready for short-term rental and hop across the pond for a European adventure. We’ve been getting a question lately, “Where in the world are The Bowlespies?!” Ronaldo and I have tinkered with the idea of getting an RV for years, but never thought it would be possible with my job as a therapist. After making some serious changes in the last few years, we knew it was now or never to make this dream a reality. We both work for a mental health start-up that allows us complete remote freedom, so we did it. In October we found “Harvee” a fixer-up RV as old as me. We have crushed some major renovations and took him on his maiden journey to @hulaweenfl (that’s a whole other post). It was then we knew we’d fallen in love and decided to start the year with a 2-month journey out west for work, @gemandjamfestival and seeing the country. Half way along the journey we acquired a tow vehicle and aren’t looking back. We still have a lot to plan out but are planning on keeping the full-time RV journey going. It’s hard, it’s wonderful and I get to do it with my best friend and our dogs. Pure inner child bliss! #mar10day 🍄 🤝🏽

My mind is melted by this weekend (shoutout to @bill.bee /slide2 for creating a piece that FEELS how about this weekend went). The art, the music, the PEOPLE! Ronaldo and I are about a month into our RV adventure and has it been a life-changing experience. We are learning a lot—more posts to come there—but having some of our amazing friends fly in for this weekend was so magical. To be surrounded by such accepting and vulnerable people is to be completely loved, and that’s what this weekend was. Full of love for this Little Rock we live on and trying to make sense of it all. Full of love for people who push me to be present. Full of love for people who will support your sound bowl purchases and spend the morning meditating, laughing and basking in the greatness of one another. Full of love, love, love. I’m going to be integrating this for awhile, but I can’t wait to continue growing, giggling and keeping that inner-child fed. #COHEAL
