I am a BLACK MAN! I build, I don’t tear down other black men, and women, I have felt the pain of being torn down, and I choose to build others instead. All too often as men we tear each other down, and fail to acknowledge the black women at the forefront at all the issues we face today. Instead, let’s build each other up, and lead beside black women. However we must first look introspectively look within for strength.
