Meet the artist behind the kit! 👨🎨
Victor Meléndez is a local art director, graphic designer, muralist and illustrator. You can find his work all around Seattle, including a mural in Ballard just off Market Street, a few blocks from the Team Store.
We are honored to work with Victor to create this special kit celebrating his Mexican roots and our local Latino community.
Join us on June 24th for the Meléndez Night doubleheader! You can also meet Victor this Saturday April 25th at the Team Store from 1-3pm for an artist meet & greet event!

Through our ongoing investment to community, we partnered with @hellomelendez and @consulmexsea to create TEHUANA: the newest mural in Kerry Hall! 🎨🏡
Together, we delivered not just a mural, but a lasting community asset shaped by partnership, creativity, and collective care. TEHUANA is a representation of a woman dressed in the traditional Tehuana dress from the Tehuantepec isthmus in Oaxaca. The scene is a Vela, a party celebration for saints 🇲🇽✨

Been super busy lately! Lots of illustration, murals, commissions, etc. one of the projects that kept me busy was the customization of 10 electric guitars for @qualtrics ’s X4 conference here in Seattle. The guitars were spray-painted during the first day at an improvised spraying tent at Qualtrics HQ. Then I hand-painted them with acrylic brush pens live during the conference. The Guitars were trophies and I had a chance to give them away to the winners at the final keynote. Super cool experience, I even saw Pitbull! Dale!
