The collaboration began not with a sketch, but with the tactile tools of the Toogood studio: tinfoil, clay, and tape. From these instinctive maquettes, Cubitts developed custom acetates and translated the raw ideas into two highly refined silhouettes. ⁠ Expressive, sculptural silhouettes, inspired by Faye and Erica Toogood. The Tailor in Molasses, with its visor front and deep lens chamfering. And The Sculptor, an oversized, rounded panto in Oyster.
