From a wild idea between friends two years ago to this— grabe. 🙏🏽 All credit to Kyle, the heart and soul of the bar, and to Jim, who built the foundation for everything we have now. Salamat at sinama niyo ako, kahit Chairman (taga-ayos ng sirang chairs), Social Media Manager (once-a-month posting, minsan wala pa), at Social Dishwasher (wala pang nababasag… so far) lang ang ambag ko. Saab and Reich, group hug!
To our Fuzz crew— our dedicated and talented FOH and bartenders then and now— whew, this is your work. And to all our Fuzz friends who keep showing up, maraming salamat.

September, you were close to a rebirth.
Rehearsed but not quite mirth.
Had to give myself time for this month to sink in. So many things were happening all at the same time— I couldn’t find the time to just sit down and let it simmer. But hey, September was still an amazing month! Achieved many things big and small.
Last October 22, 2025, @barbigfuzz celebrated their 2nd year anniversary! Couldn't miss out on being part of the celebration even though I knew it was going to be a crazy busy night at the bar. They had four cocktails on the menu, with two cocktails served in the bar area and another two served in the pizza place next door. On the landing by the staircase, you'll see a DJ playing vinyl records behind the registration table. Despite having two different service areas, the team managed to keep things very organized and fun through the night.
Highlights of the night include: 1) Elmo and Martin asking people to choose between 1, 2, and 3 knowing that they'll just be serving APE's to everyone anyway, 2) looking forward to see what's on their new menu (Sgt. Pepper was my personal favorite that night), 3) Kyle doing laybacks is dangerous, and 4) Who knew there were so many acrylic cup shapes?
The team behind Big Fuzz is one of my favorite sets of people in the bar scene. Congrats to @kylequismundo , @eliparaiso , @hey.its.martin , @helloitselmoo , @toolazytotry , @siegetan_ , @migsmosuela , and the whole @barbigfuzz team for two great year - cheers to more years! ❤ you guys!
We had so much fun seeing you all piece the story together (and maybe get a little lost along the way 👻).

BREAKING: Local performer Luna Reyes has gone missing after her final rehearsal at Wicked Coffee.
Sources claim strange noises were heard hours after closing.
No signs of forced entry - only an unfinished drink and her guitar.

Last Monday, was the grand opening of @deuces.co new branch in Newport Mall and it was such a fun event.
I found myself vibing to the Dj’s set, drinking cocktails from @barbigfuzz and those pretzels from @goodsfromscratch was unforgettable. The best part was enjoying the company of the coffee community.
Deuces is one of those places where regardless of the branch, it still feels like home.
Thanks again to @haan_ortega and @_rrl for the invite. I’m really happy to have attended this milestone with Team Deuces. 🥹♥️
