We’ve turned 3! This weekend, from Friday, February 27 to Sunday, March 1, we’ll be celebrating our 3rd anniversary with exclusive Daytime and Evening menus. Since we’ve transitioned to our new menu and format last November, we’ve welcomed so much more of you into our space – an extension of our home. One thing we haven’t had since is our Travel Series: special tastings featuring whatever we’ve brought when we come back form a trip. We created ITO because we’ve always loved having friends over, sharing with them coffees, teas, spirits, and snacks we’ve found each time we travel. This weekend’s menu is special, with drinks incorporating goods we’ve brought back from our most recent trip to Japan. To accompany our beverages, we’ll also be having some small snacks made by our good friends from @toyoeatery , @inato.ph , and @goodsfromscratch on the menu just for the weekend. Walk-Ins Only – No Reservations Friday, February 27 to Sunday, March 1 Coffee & Tea from 12:00NN to 4:30PM* Cocktails & Non-Alcoholic from 6:00PM to 10:30PM* *or until supplies last

Previously, we only accepted guests on a reservation basis as our menus solely consisted of flights or tastings. We wanted to replicate the experience we give to our friends when they come into our home – sharing with them whatever we brought back from our recent trips. Though we truly enjoyed meeting and interacting with everyone this way, we also wanted to be able to accommodate and share more of what we love and what we’ve collected with more people. We recently decided to open our space for walk-ins with à la carte options, while maintaining the same experience. We’ll be featuring limited and special coffees and teas in the daytime, and signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in the evenings. We will slowly be releasing this new menu and format beginning Friday, November 7, 2025. Limited seat reservations and flights will resume on November 28, in addition to walk-ins. Reservations will be available online by November 19, Wednesday. Hours & Service (Dine-in only) Wednesdays to Sundays Daytime Coffee & Japanese Tea – 12:00 to 4:30PM Evening Cocktails & Non-Alcoholic – 6:00 to 10:30PM For more information, kindly view the Visit page on our website.

Yutokon — one of our seasonal ingredients in rotation until mid-June. Yutokon is a native fruit that we get from Negros, with a distinct flavor that is reminiscent of an earthy passionfruit. Our latest menu iteration includes select seasonal ingredients shared between all our programs: Coffee, Tea, Cocktails and Non-Alcoholic. We’ll be releasing a new menu, along with a different set of ingredients on June 18. Yutokon is currently featured in our Evening Menus (Cocktail, Low ABV, and Non-Alcoholic), and in our seasonal Matcha Latte (Afternoon - Raku).

Congratulations to @ito.space for winning the award for Best Innovation! Smack in the middle of Legazpi Village you will find Ito, home to some of the most intellectually crafted cocktails in the metro. Pull up a seat and prepare to embark on a unique and daring new drinking experience that will expose you to strange and delicious flavour pairings. At Ito, they offer multi-course beverage flights, with tea and coffee sessions in the afternoon, or cocktail and non-alcoholic tastings in the evening, complete with curated snacks that enhance the experience. This intimate and immersive experience is the first of its kind in the city, and one that has impressed both novices and seasoned experts. Beverage director Niko Tiutan and creative director Alex Atienza take a produce-oriented approach to work on deliberate flavour profiles. Here they place great emphasis on finding interesting ingredients rather than spirits, continuously experimenting to figure out how they can best extract expressive flavours. Sitting in their beautiful bar surrounded by their beloved discoveries, we can taste their passion through every sip. #TatlerBestPH2025 #TalerDiningPH #TatlerDiningNews

Tatler Best Philippines Rising Star in the bars cateogry goes to @nikotiuts of @ito.space ! Niko Tiutan’s love for beverages began with coffee, landing him a front-of-house and barista position at Toyo Eatery. It was here that he became enamoured with mixology, inspiring him to launch a bottled cocktail brand with his partner, Alex Atienza. Fast forward four years later, and Tiutan now helms one of the most groundbreaking bars in the country. As Ito’s beverage director, Tiutan leads their evening sessions, serving beverages exclusively through course menus—a bold decision in the metro’s young bar scene. Using a produce-oriented approach, Tiutan focuses his efforts on championing seasonal ingredients, leveraging innovative techniques to make them shine through every sip. It’s for this reason that Tiutan likewise excels in low- and zero-ABV cocktails—while the spirits add depth and dimension to his drinks, they’re never used as a crutch, challenging this up-and-coming talent to think outside the box. #TatlerBestPH2025 #TalerDiningPH #TatlerDiningNews
