Ahead of some proper documentation (and just for fun), here are some hectic hands and well-aligned people. Each step of the process was significant to the point of vertigo, and every decision in the book testifies to it. As for the Jinn, he certainly was around (especially on the day of the presentation), but well, a dear friend had knowingly warned us: do not mess around with that stuff.

What started more than a year ago in a conversation between Monia and me has now become a book. An insight into Moniaâs artistic practice, a situating of her work in the here and now. âPath of Totalityâ â the eclipse that occurs when the moon covers the sun. And the hope for another world, especially in times of darkness.
With the wonderful voices of ĂvĂźl Ă. DurmuĹoÄlu, Beya Othmani, and Sira PizĂ . Beautifully designed by A Language (Martin, Melina, and Emma). Published in December 2025 by Mousse Publishing. Iâm humbled and grateful for this collaboration.

ÂŤSoft RadiationÂť â die hängenden Tonskulpturen, die Maya Hottarek im Oberlichtsaal im Haus fĂźr Kunst Uri zeigt, sind Installation und Sound-Landschaft zugleich. Maya spĂźrt den energetischen Verflechtungen und den Schwingungen zwischen unseren KĂśrpern, Material und Objekten nach. Infrarotsender registrieren die KĂśrper der Besucher*innen und lĂśsen eine multisensorische Choreografie aus Licht, Duft und Sound aus. Dabei ist die Klangkomposition aus dem Frequenzspektrum entwickelt, das dem Chakrasystem entspricht: Jeder Ton interagiert mit einem bestimmten Resonanzfeld unseres KĂśrpers. Die Installation spĂźrt in diesem Sinne auch den Schnittstellen zwischen Quantendenken und Heilpraktiken nach: Schwingungen sind als messbares Phänomen in der Quantenphysik zentral und sind zugleich ein metaphysisches Instrument der Transformation.

How do we live in and with the landscape? What stories, knowledge and myths are hidden in the landscape? How can we listen to the beings in the landscape and tell new, exciting, alternative stories? The collective IG Maisander and the artists Dorota GawÄda and EglÄ KulbokaitÄ explore these questions. They have taught me to look at lichens and to miss the smell of rainwater on damp earth. Thank you for that and for your trust, your energy and your ideas.
