Introducing HELL & BACK Endure - The 12 Hour Challenge. A Last One Standing Ultra Event. With Obstacles.
Taking place in Killruddery Estate, Bray on Saturday 19th September, this brand-new event will push competitors further than ever before.
Participants will take on a brutal loop of trails, hills, forests and obstacles, heading back out again and again across 12 relentless hours.
For the first time, onsite camping will be available on Friday night, giving you the chance to settle in before battle begins.
Registration is now open - spaces are very limited for this first edition.

New for June 6th - SCREAM FIELDS
Deep within a brutal new section of the HELL & BACK course, SCREAM FIELDS introduces 7 new obstacles built to test balance, grip, nerve and determination.
Can you survive SCREAM FIELDS?
⚫ The Spinning Field
A rotating tunnel of black plastic pipes spinning wildly around a central beam, turning every step into a fight for balance.
⚫ The Trenches
Deep slippery mud mounds where the only way forward is straight through the mess.
⚫ Traverse Wall Climb
Scale a huge wooden wall using scattered rock handholds before hauling yourself over the top.
⚫ The Stacks
Crawl through dark vertical pipes before climbing up through confined cylinders to escape.
⚫ The Sidewinder
A brutal traverse wall forcing competitors sideways across climbing holds while grip and arms begin to fail.
⚫ Window Wall
Leap, dive and change direction through openings built into towering wooden walls.
⚫ Rabbit Holes
A dark underground crawl through buried muddy tunnels where the challenge becomes mental as much as physical.
SCREAM FIELDS arrives at HELL & BACK - Saturday 6th June!
If you haven’t tried it before, Yoplait SKYR is a creamy Icelandic recipe, rich in protein with 0% fat.
Made with skimmed milk, skimmed milk powder and lactic ferments (milk), it’s the ideal grab-and-go snack before or after taking on the course 💪
The @yoplait_ire team will be onsite all day handing out samples to participants, so make sure to swing by and give it a try while you’re there 🙌

Accessibility @ HELL & BACK – Saturday 6th June
We’re proud to welcome back the brilliant Jason and Shannon as our Irish Sign Language (ISL) interpreters at HELL & BACK.
Having ISL interpreters as part of our Hype Crew helps make key event information at the starting area, health & safety briefings and the overall experience more accessible for ISL members of the Deaf Community taking part on the day.
Jason and Shannon will be interpreting for the participants during the following wave times:

Behind every person taking on Hell & Back, there’s often a story that nobody else sees.
This year, we want to give something back. We’re asking you to nominate someone who is registered for HELL & BACK on Saturday 6th June and tell us in 100 words or less why they deserve something special.
Maybe they’re fundraising for a cause close to their heart.
Maybe they’ve overcome a difficult time.
Maybe they’ve simply been there for others when it mattered most.
Ahead of the event, we’ll select 20 nominees to receive a special ‘Calm Edition’ Well-Nest By Debbie hamper from The Calming Collection ❤️
The Well-Nest team will also be onsite on Saturday 6th June, where participants and spectators will be able to meet the team and purchase some of their beautiful hampers. @wellnestbydebbie
⚠️ Winners must be present on event day to collect their hamper.
