Hi, I’m Haru from Japan🇯🇵 I’ve been dancing for over 20yrs and teaching for more than 15yrs. I started offering dance classes in Vancouver🇨🇦 about 2yrs ago mainly Hiphop and choreography. and connecting with people through what I love has been such a gift for me<33 Hope to meet and connect with more ppl:)
Recently, I’ve been really into going to the gym. I work out 5 days a week, try to eat healthy, and make sure to get good sleep(hmm hard🥹) I’m really enjoying this simple routine and feel grateful for everything and everyone around me <3

I learned a lots especially past few years since pandemic. I don’t wanna stop again so I will never stop learning. Im not always happy or positive. But now i know what i can, what ppl want from me. And im so happy where i am now. Thankful for everything.

Japanese ppl are great. A lots of Japanese dancers or ppl in Japan are so serious, kinds and caring but sometime they make pressure theirsself too much. I guess It’s because old culture and mindset from the past. Even we know don’t have to be perfect, still think “I gotta do better and be perfect” naturally. I’ve been through that as well so i know how it feel but I learned a lots from living other country, meeting new ppl, and had a sickness and surgery. I was kinda scared to share my honest feeling but now I know what i want to do:)

Woow I was so nervous about the surgery! But it’s been a week already and I’m recovering much faster than I expected.
I’ve had surgery 5 times in Japan before (Congenital Biliary Dilatation, Pancreatitis for 3times, and Ovarian Tumor) But this 6th one was for an Ovarian Cyst, in Canada, without my family, felt different!! I couldn’t have done this without my friends and lovely students🥺🥺 I’m truly thankful from the bottom of my heart and I hope everyone is healthy and happy <3 I still need a little more time to fully recover but I can’t wait to back to the studio! I miss teaching!!! My students!!! And running, gym, sauna + cold plunge so much Ughh loool And my bday partyyyy🥵✨✨わくわく
カナダで初めて手術！！！周りのみんなに感謝🥹🩷早く踊りたい！！走りたい！サウナと水風呂いきたい！！ジム行きたい！笑
