studio opening day. 3 years ago. @jarrettcarlington and I taught our first ever collab class with a room full of people who had no idea what CD was about to become.
and here we are. feeling so proud of how this community has grown together.

: rooted in Puerto Rico and Panama, and greatly influenced by dancehall and hip hop, reggaeton is a high-energy latin genre focused on groove, musicality, and confidence. Look forward to lots of rotational movement in the hips, chest, and shoulders. this workshop will be a mix of grooving and open level choreography to tie it all together.
