Founded by Harikrishnan Keezhathil Surendran Pillai, London-based label, Harri, is known for its inflated forms, sculptural shapes, and latex constructions that challenge conventional ideas of fit and proportion. It sits somewhere between fashion and art, but importantly, it's genuinely still wearable, and you’ll have seen his pieces on people like Tilda Swinton and Sam Smith. Meet the designer and the BFC/GQ Designer Fashion Fund candidate, and read more at the link in bio.

HARRI for Glamcult #143, the DEEPREAL issue
“I’m just a social media manager here,” Harikrishnan Keezhathil Surendran Pillai says with a laugh as I walk into his London studio a few days after his eponymous label, @harri_ks , captured Fashion Week. Their Instagram account has just crashed, banned for ‘being a bot’ after a sudden burst of posting — the result of returning from a three-month social media detox. HARRI’s startling creations tease proportions and gravity, recently claiming the record for the largest inflatable latex dress ever made. The Kerala-born artist carries two identities: Harri, the person in the studio trying to build a livelihood, and HARRI, the name that moves through a fashion economy obsessed with the outrageous, where spectacle often eclipses the lived reality and skews our perception of it. If his inflatables once stretched our sense of what a body could become, his new collections ask how that same imagination might slip into daily life — how fashion can be both vision and sustenance, both wonder and work.

Introducing 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙-𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗥 by HARRI (@harri_ks ), exclusively for HOT BODIES.
Inflatable. Sculptural. Unapologetically surreal. The Self-Conditioner is Harri’s provocation against our dependence on air-conditioning. A suit that inflates around the body as a visual signifier of a personal microclimate, it acts as both shield and skin – exaggerating form as a means to question function.
True hot couture for a world in heat.

Thank you to the incredible team for pulling this look together, and a massive shout-out to TikTok @tiktok_uk & @tiktok for hosting the best ceremony!
As we celebrated content creators, I reflected on our core role: having a platform where our voice is heard by communities we are lucky to have.
We are living in a moment when London’s Fashion scene is being questioned, and this was my opportunity to prove why nothing compares to what we have here in Britain - specifically, in London, the city I call home.
London is a city of immigrants, including myself. Many of us arrived here with a dream to pursue a career - in my case, it was to follow my dreams in fashion. That spirit of opportunity and innovation is best embodied by HARRI.
Indian-born and London-based, HARRI redefines contemporary design through deeply personal, culturally-rooted craftsmanship and incredible sculptural fashion.
My stylist Layla and I visited HARRI's studio in East London, and witnessing his magic firsthand was an experience that truly brought me back to my roots - watching him handcraft every piece and transform the body into a moving sculpture. HARRI - I am so grateful to you and your team for giving me the opportunity to bring your creativity and vision to the red carpet!
Beyond the look, a huge thank you to London’s first Relais & Chateaux Hotel, 11 Cadogan Gardens @11cadogangardens for hosting us in the spacious Cadogan Suite! HARRI’s piece was quite large and voluminous (as you can see), which required ample space for dressing. Thank you for making our preparation much more enjoyable!
Last but not least - big love to @penhaligons Your perfume was the true silent star of my outfit. I've never had so many people stop me to ask about my scent! Wearing HARRI was a celebration of London's innovative fashion, and your fragrance just added that perfect, timeless touch of Britishness. Thank you!

Once a bodybuilder, HARRI now explores the forms of the body through sculptural and theatrically amplified garments seen on figures like Sam Smith, Tilda Swinton, Jisoo, and more. Born in Kerala, India, where he learnt that “the body is never separate from its climate”, HARRI now lives and works in London, where he presented the world’s largest inflatable dress at the V&A Museum’s blockbuster 2024 Friday Late show, Legacy in Motion.
Air-conditioning: costly, inefficient, and unhealthy. And yet, we treat it as non-negotiable. For Hot Bodies, Harri flips the script with our most conceptual piece: if survival is the dress code, why condition spaces when you could condition the body?👤
