From 2-11th November we’ll be taking a small group of you food lovers from Mexico City, to Puebla & Oaxaca. Exploring our favourite places and people, learning about food cultures and new ingredients along the way. This isn’t just any food tour, it’s a cultural immersion with a Sam & Shauna twist.

We are honoured to have played a small part in this wonderful new series and really hope that with Jamie’s help we can bring BBQ to the British masses. Thanks to everyone who posted, shared and sent us lovely messages about our dish. We opted for our version of a Oaxacan Tlayuda with fresh chorizo supplied by our good friends @farmerspantryltd , cooked on the Weber Slate.
