My debut album Upon Reflection is stepping out ✨ And I'm marking it with something close, a listening session. Low light, held bodies, the first offering.
I'll be playing alongside Nat Grant @natgrantmusic and Katerina Stathis @_katerinastathis , and Nicholas Marriott @nicholaspjm will be building visuals for my set.
It feels like a beginning.
More to come x

I’m playing 2 sets as part of Melbourne Design Week 🤍 The first on 15.5 is a solo performance for the opening of Wild Tenderness presented at @the_level_iii
The second on 24.5 closes the exhibition, an improvised collaboration with opera singer and pianist Sunny Li @sunnyli0402 where I’ll be working with field recordings and low drones in quiet response to Sunny’s delicate piano notes.
Slow shifts, resonant space, sound as dialogue.
Very grateful to be part of this one. Hope to see you there x

Introducing Nick, performing Friday May 22, at Hand Clap’s listening session for their debut album Upon Reflection.
Nick is a digital artist working at the intersection of nature, technology, and human experience. Nick's practice explores how the unconscious mind attempts to rationalise experience through absurdist and surreal forms. Using photogrammetry and textural photography as a foundation, he then applies traditional techniques such as Sgraffito within a digital context. Nick recently created the music video for Nine Inch Nails’ As Alive As You Need Me to Be, which went on to win the Grammy Award for Best Rock Song this year.

I’m playing at MIUC 🖤 One that’s been sitting on the wish list for a while. A live reimagining - slow-moving, stretched out, washed in reverb. Grateful to @anelko9 and @eternalmusicprojects for the opportunity.
Hope to see you there x

Introducing Katerina, performing Friday May 22, at Hand Clap's listening session for their debut album Upon Reflection.
Katerina Stathis is a multi-instrumentalist and composer. Her synthesiser sound palate draws from her extensive interest and appreciation for acoustic instrumental timbres combined with highly visceral electronic evocations. Fusing timbres of western classical and electronic music, she uses temporal identity as part of her works inviting listeners into sound worlds echoing past, present and possible futures.

Analogue alchemy on a Saturday afternoon ✨ Elizabeth transformed my sound into a live, liquid light show. Using an old-school overhead projector, she mixed coloured oils and dyes on a Petri dish, the shifting forms unfolding on the wall behind us. Grateful for this shared current of art and life x
