Still beaming after getting the call up to host a panel last week for @cerave_aunz celebrating 20 years of the iconic skincare brand, and launching their latest breakthrough: the Balancing Air Foam Cleanser.      It was such a joy to lead the conversation, in front of some of the country’s top editors, media and creators to spotlight the science, and celebrate a brand that I’ve always trusted with my face!     The beautiful panel of experts, including Dr Samantha Davidson from @goldcoastdermatologyclinic @rachel_mcadam_pharmacist and @ramonisrael made it an absolute dream.      Big thanks to the team @cerave_aunz and @cassettesnaps for trusting me with the day, and for the most luxurious 24 hours at @mondriangoldcoast       Ready to head back there now ✈️ 📸 Snaps by the talented @oneclick_nz

⁣ It’s publication day baby! And this is a big one. ⁣ ⁣ 12 months ago, if you’d told me I’d be reading a front page feature in @marieclaireau researched and written by ME, I would have said, “Tell ‘em they’re dreamin’!”⁣ ⁣ But here she is! And with the luminous @asherkeddieofficial gracing the cover 👌🏼👌🏼 ⁣ There are so many people who made this story possible, some of whom didn’t end up in the finished piece, but who generously shared their experiences and expertise nonetheless 🙏🏼 ⁣ A giant thank you to @alexxiii for the commission, and for somehow guiding this runaway train through the editorial process. ⁣ ⁣ And to the brilliant minds, Dr Ariella Heffernan-Marks from⁣ @ovum_a.i , Associate Professor Grant Blashki, and Associate Professor Piers Howe who expertly shaped my understanding of the current landscape. ⁣ ⁣ Most of all, a big fat thank you to the brilliant @flicmanning for sharing her experience navigating this new terrain. ⁣ ⁣ That’s enough of my nonsense, it’s an absolutely beautiful edition, so go and get yourself a copy!

What a dreamy work week. ✨ The Year of the Horse has gone hard out of the gate and I’m here for it... 1. Meetings with my editor and publisher at @penguinbooksaus 2. Bring your friend to work day with @verityadelaide at @kic HQ for the launch of their new publication #theritual 3. Making new friends at a travel writers media lunch with the icon herself, Wendy Wu from @wendywutoursaustralia 4. A pinch-me-moment on the panel about the chronic economy, being streamed globally and alongside two incredibly inspiring women @michelleirvingofficial and @dr.ariellahm 5. Testing out some equipment for an upcoming feature. 6. A moment for the @perricutten power suit of my dreams (gifted).

Always a privilege to write for @theageaustralia and @sydneymorningherald about our fixation on the size and appearance of others. This one got a huge response over the weekend, and it makes sense considering how many of us are out there grappling with this era of body politics. For me, as an eating disorder survivor, this renewed hyper focus on appearances and body size has felt exhausting. I know I’m not alone in that, so please tell me your thoughts in the comments if you have the bandwidth. There’s so much to wade through on the topic and it’s impossible to squeeze it all into readable, digestible chunks but here are some snippets from the piece that ran across in Sunday paper over the weekend.

Earlier this year, Hannah set an intention to move from surviving to thriving. Here, she shares how Ovum is helping her turn that intention into everyday action – with more clarity, confidence, and support along the way.

So many of us live with chronic illness. Yet, it’s still so rare to speak openly about navigating leadership with health conditions. I am so thrilled to have the chance to do just that in The Chronic Career Leadership Series, hosted by Michelle Irving. This incredible series brings together women from USA and Australia to share personal and professional experience of leading while living with chronic illness. I‘ll be joining @michelleirvingofficial @dr.ariellahm @lillystairs Kelly Barnes, Erika Siegrist, and Briony Cullin, speaking candidly about professional confidence when identity feels wobbly, how to navigate capacity when it shifts day to day, and sustainable ambition in a world built for hustle. The series is free and online! Details and registration via: /chronicleadership #ChronicLeadership #CareerAndChronic #FutureOfWork #WomensHealth #ChronicBoss Ovum

Miss this one in the paper on Sunday? Don’t worry, me too. The good news is that you can catch up with the digital story over on @bodyandsoul_au 💁🏼‍♀️ I really loved my chat with exercise physiologist @jaccis_fit_life , director of @transcendhealthau in Newcastle about how to keep moving in the heat. She’s one of those passionate, thoughtful, fountain of knowledge types and she has some excellent for all my sweaty Bettys out there. Living with #addisonsdisease means keeping a pretty pedantic eye on temperature and hydration levels, and I’m far from alone in my newly acquired ‘heat intolerance’. Heat is no joke for people with a range of autoimmune conditions like MS, those with certain heart conditions and people experiencing perimenopause. Check out the story and let me know your hacks for working out outdoors in summer!

In 2026, Hannah’s intention is simple but powerful. To stop surviving – and start thriving. Because women deserve more than just getting through the day. They deserve energy, clarity, and a health system that truly supports them. What’s your intention for the year ahead?

This beautiful new women’s health tabloid is the latest in a series of groundbreaking work from the @askovum team. I was so honoured to have been invited in as a contributor, reporting on a pervasive myth in women’s reproductive care and the management of chronic conditions. I got to speak to some incredible women who generously shared their experiences for the piece. And to two phenomenal experts: Obstetrician/Gynaecologist Dr Jaclyn Wloszczowski - Founder and Director of Embrace Women’s Health, and leading MS researcher - Associate Professor Vilija Jokubaitis. Her Issue is now rolling out in health clinics, fashion boutiques, luxury hotels, spas and fitness clubs across Australia. Message me if you spot her in the wild!!
