10 years ago today, our beloved 👑 PRINCE left us. I’ve written many times since then about my love for him, my friendship with him, and how deeply I cared about him. I first met 👑@prnlegacy when I was 12 years old. He signed an autograph for me. Decades later, it was @penelopecruzoficial who brought us together. From there, a real friendship began, one that lasted until the very end. A few months before he passed, I worked to help resolve his long standing dispute with Warner Bros. Records, a battle that began back in 1993. In my conversations with them, I felt we had made meaningful progress. But Prince didn’t want most of what he was asking for… he wanted all of it!! I was so close. It would have meant so much to me to help bring that burden, something that had weighed on him for so long to a full resolution. The New Year’s before he passed, I took 👑 Prince to St. Barts. I arranged a performance for him there for a friend of mine. It ended up being the last time we saw each other in person. There’s so much I could say about 👑 Prince. So many stories I hope to share one day. For now, I just want to say how much I love 💜 and miss him. A big regret of my life is not knowing he needed help. I would have done anything for him. And even now with his legacy. I wish i could do more. Rest in peace, my friend. 20 years since 👑 @madonna first performance at @coachella , a beautiful full-circle celebration. On behalf of @saramariezam and I at @maverick , thank you to the very kind and talented @volaramgmt team. And most of all, @sabrinacarpenter 🙏🏽 I first met Sabrina at the SNL 50 party, where we bumped into eachother walking thru the party. She told me how much she loved Madonna. Minutes later, she was asked to join the house band at that party to sing an impromptu song: the song she chose: “Like A Virgin.” She has always shown love for the Queen, repeatedly… and last night the mutual love was shown and shared with the world.. ❤️

20 years ago 👑 @madonna played Coachella 2006. Major pop artists back then did not play Coachella. It was mostly alternative artists Until…. 👑 @madonna !! I called my friend Paul Tollet founder of Coachella with the idea.. and with the idea to play the Sahara Dance Tent instead of the main stage. Paul said yes. And the rest is history. I mean Herstory. Today is the great Jane Goodalls birthday. This photo was taken just one year ago, on her 91st birthday. Jane’s last birthday, and her final moments on Oct 1 2025 were spent in our home. That is something my family and I will carry with us forever, a bond and memory we hold deeply in our hearts. APRIL 3 IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED ‘JANE GOODALL DAY’ TO HONOR THE LATE CONSERVATIONIST AND PROMOTE CLIMATE ACTION Jane lived every day to its fullest, working tirelessly in service of Mother Earth. Traveling 300 days a year, she never stopped showing up for the planet, for animals, and for all of us. Jane changed the way we see the natural world and our place within it. She taught us that compassion is not limited by species, and that true understanding begins with patience, humility, and quiet observation. Through her work, she gave a voice to those who cannot speak, reminding us that every living being holds dignity, emotion, and meaning. She showed us that one person, guided by curiosity, courage, and kindness can inspire generations to care more deeply and act more thoughtfully. Happy birthday, Jane.
