a private monolithic + brutalist home offering 360° views and an 80ft infinitiy pool, the passage is a journey from desert to self @passageplaces
‘the reset’ chair - an ode to the monumental, raw forms of the high desert.
designed by gry space x @benjaminuyeda for @reset.hotel
together with ben, we explored ideas that would suit the elemental backdrop and vastness of the desert, resulting in a chair that is both minimal and functional.
the base is constructed from powder-coated steel for durability, with two integrated bars that support the raw, monolithic wooden planks of the backrest. low-profile and grounding, ‘the reset’ chair invites guests to pause, settle in around the fire, with the desert terrain stretching just beyond.
