This is just one layer of it đ We could only fit 3 tips here â but there are 7 days worth of them inside the new âMaster This Choreographyâ course on GG TV.
The goal of this course is to fully own a big, long choreographic sequence, taking in all the details that make moves like these feel muscularly supported, softer on the body, and then ultimately fun to dance through!
Save this, then head to the link in bio to check out GG TV đ«¶đ
Weâre honored to have had @ariel.scott lead a @countertechnique class last weekend! Hereâs what our Community Class Coordinator @dancefeva has to share:
âWeâre so appreciative to have had Ariel come and teach us about creating space in the body, falling, and ovals (we love ovals!). Thankful for all the folks who consistently show up â we hope to see you at the next one!â đ«
I did the same ballet class 4 days a week. For a year. And Iâm still learning from it!
I trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at my studio growing up â which means I took the exact same class, with the exact same combinations, all year long.
It sounds boring on paper (especially for a kid!) but it honestly wasnât. Every week the class was the same but I was different. My calves were stronger, my musicality had shifted, or my port de bras had more freedom than it did last Tuesday.
đžThatâs the beautiful thing about a real practice: it canât be contained to a 14-day challenge. Itâs a relationship with a craft that keeps giving back as long as you keep showing up.
So, this is your sign to go deeper into the things you love.
This is the philosophy GG TV (and all of our work) is built on. Not a quick fix. A library you can move through for years đ€

Weâre so excited to welcome Rosalynde LeBlanc to GG TV âš
Peabody-winning producer. Bessie-nominated dancer. 30 years of experience â and now, her first class with us (and another one coming soon!)
Come explore spirals, momentum, and flow. Now live on GG TV!
Save this for when you need a reminder â improvement can come from sensing more, playing more, questioning more, and staying open to what you donât know yet đ±
